What Is Alpha Surge?
Alpha Surge is a men's health supplement in gummy form. Instead of loading up on caffeine for a short buzz, it uses well-known herbs and an amino acid that are traditionally used for male vitality. You take one gummy a day, and the effect is meant to build gradually over several weeks.
Most men look at it for one of three reasons: they feel flat and tired by mid-afternoon, their workouts and recovery are not what they used to be, or their interest in intimacy has dropped. Testosterone falls slowly with age, and stress and poor sleep make it worse, so a formula that targets energy, stress and blood flow together makes sense on paper.
See the IngredientsAlpha Surge Ingredients and What the Research Says
Each ingredient has its own role. Here is what each one does and how strong the evidence is.
Tongkat Ali (Eurycoma longifolia)
A Southeast Asian root and the main ingredient. Small human trials link it to better testosterone levels in stressed or older men and to improved mood and sex drive over about 4 to 12 weeks.
Ashwagandha root
An adaptogen with some of the best evidence here. Studies show it can lower cortisol, improve sleep quality and, in active men, support strength and testosterone over 8 weeks.
Maca root
A Peruvian root vegetable. Several small trials found it improved sexual desire in men after 6 to 12 weeks, although it does not appear to change hormone levels directly.
Horny Goat Weed (Epimedium)
A traditional Chinese herb that contains icariin, a compound studied for its effect on blood flow. Most of the research is in lab and animal studies, so the human evidence is still limited.
L-Arginine HCl
An amino acid your body uses to make nitric oxide, which helps blood vessels relax. Healthy blood flow matters for stamina and erections. The dose in a single gummy is modest, so think of it as supporting the herbs rather than doing the heavy lifting.
Alpha Surge Pros and Cons
What we like
- Easy routine: one gummy a day
- No caffeine or stimulants, so no jitters or crash
- Ingredients with real human research behind them
- Long 90-day money-back guarantee
- Free US shipping on the 3- and 6-bottle packs
Keep in mind
- No clinical trial on the finished Alpha Surge formula
- Needs 2 to 3 months to judge fairly
- Bigger savings require buying several bottles
- Not a replacement for medical treatment of low T or ED
How to Take Alpha Surge
- Take one gummy a day, ideally with breakfast. Taking it with food helps if you have a sensitive stomach.
- Do not double up if you miss a day. Just continue the next morning.
- Stay consistent for at least 60 to 90 days. Most of the ingredient studies ran for 8 to 12 weeks, which is why the 3- and 6-bottle packs are the popular choice.
- Support it with the basics: 7+ hours of sleep, strength training and enough protein all help your natural testosterone more than any supplement alone.

These are the packages listed on the order page when we last checked. Every pack is covered by the same 90-day guarantee.
Our pick: the 3-bottle pack covers the full 90-day trial period at $59 a bottle. The 6-pack saves the most if you already know you want to continue. Checkout is a secure, encrypted page that accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
The 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You get 90 days from purchase to decide. If Alpha Surge is not right for you, contact the support team listed on your order confirmation and ask for a refund. Shipping charges may not be refunded, so read the refund terms on the order page before you buy. Ninety days is long enough to finish a full three-month trial, which takes most of the risk out of trying it.
